Please call or email us at least 24 hours prior if you need to reschedule or cancel; if you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel/reschedule your booking, your deposit will be forfeited. A deposit and cancellation fee may be applied for continuous late cancellations or no-shows from your card saved on file. 

You can self-manage your appointments 24/7 by using your timely login details, and as we are a busy salon, we highly recommend this option.
